Dad Back in Communication

My dad was relieved to know that his cell phone was not dead. He powered it off and back on and it started working fine last night. He gave it a full charge overnight and it seems to be working as good as new (knock on wood).

The other good news is that it's still under warranty for a year in case any further problems arise. :)
