Italian Dinner

I made Toni an Italian dinner tonight. I wanted to try a recipe from the Longhi's cookbook I bought in Honolulu.

I made Veal Piccata and a mixed green salad with grape tomatoes and onions with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette.

Toni and I really enjoyed it. It was nice to cook again. I hadn't made dinner for us in a while.

Toni always loves my cooking! :)
