Miss Teen USA 2004

I was offered a pair of free tickets today at work for the 2004 Miss Teen USA Presentation Show at the Palm Springs Convention Center. I asked my dad to go along with me to the show. It was a dress rehearsal including a judged swim suit and evening gown preliminary competition. Neither of us had been to an event like this before. It was very professional and interesting.

I'm looking forward to the 2004 Miss Teen USA Pageant to be aired on Friday evening at 9:00 pm on NBC. I want to compare how the evening gowns look on TV versus in person. The girls ranged from age 16 to 19, but they all looked so mature and grown up. I'll be rooting for Miss California because that's where I live and Miss Texas because that's where I was born. A few others seemed very nice too, but I'll have to see who end up my favorites when I watch the broadcast.
