Steak and Brandied Mushrooms

I cooked dinner tonight for Toni. I haven't been Chef Mike in a while, so Toni was very pleased. I made New York steak, cooked medium, with sauteed mushrooms in a brandy cream sauce. I served it with fresh baked French bread from the market.

Chef Mike is a name that Toni and Erin gave me because I love to cook and they enjoy my food so much.
