Disneyland's First Public Guests
Wednesday, 1 Dec 2004 | Disneyland, Trivia
On the public opening July 18, 1955 of Disneyland, the first guests admitted through the turnstiles were two children, Christine Vess, 5, and Michael Schwartner, 7.
These two children were very fortunate to be the first to enter Disneyland. I would have been thrilled to have that honor. But, they were both rewarded with a gift as well.
Q: What special gift did Christine and Michael, the first public guests at Disneyland receive?
A: Christine and Michael received lifetime passes to Disneyland.

My guess would be free admission to the park for the rest of their life...or life size plush Disney Characters their parents had to tote around that first day.

Wow, that was a quick answer! But to be fair, that was actually two answers. Which one is your final answer, Hieu? LOL

Ok, I decided that from now on, when multiple answers are given, the first answer becomes your final answer.
Therefore, Hieu is the first person to correctly answer this trivia question. The two children both received LIFETIME passes to Disneyland. Man, I would have loved that prize! :O)

:) I would have too! I'd *love* a lifetime pass to *all* Disney parks! It kinda makes you wonder, where Christine and Michael are now?

Yes, it does make one wonder where those two lucky ones are.
BTW, life size plush Disney Characters? Those would be enormous! LOL

They'd be GiNormous! But for a 5 or 7 year old...life sized plush characters, that's just golden, just golden.
