What a Wonderful Drive

My commute which normally takes an hour and 15 minutes on a good day took 2 hours this morning. My delay was not due to The Dreaded Curve since I was at a dead stop before I got to that point. There were traffic collisions on both sides of the freeway, both of them off the freeway lanes and two fire trucks had responded. But the good news is I didn't let myself get upset about it. I just kept my calm and listened to great music on my iPod. Oh, and I called Toni to let her know about the delay which allowed her to use her super traffic aversion powers to get to work on time! :)
