You Know What I'm Sayin'?

I posted a few days ago about how I keep ending sentences with the phrase, "Know What I Mean". Well, after further introspection and observation I have concluded that I more often say, "You Know What I'm Sayin'?" I have been known to say both, but the latter is more often heard rolling off my lips. I seem to have a burning desire to make sure I'm understood when conversing.

You know what I'm sayin'? LOL
