Passion Tazo
Monday, 25 Jul 2005 | Food, Restaurants
Since I was able to get up early this morning for a walk, I decided to treat myself to a drink on the way to work.
I stopped at a Starbucks and ordered myself a Venti Passion Tazo Iced Tea Sweetened. It's crazy how the names for drinks at Starbucks are so long. It's like an art form to order there! LOL
I love this particular iced tea because it's so refreshing. It has a nice passionfruit flavor with a hint of cinnamon. If you don't like your iced tea sweet, you can drop the "sweetened" when ordering yours. ;D

hi disneymike :) i don't understand why you think my blog is great - have you looked at yours lately?
as for the iced tea, i think it's called passion not passionfruit. and if you look at the ingredients list, there isn't any passionfruit in it. unless there is a differentt tazo flavor i haven't had ;) there is definitely cinnamon though! it's my favorite beverage in the summer too.

Thanks for the nice compliment, Stef! Although I think your blog rocks too! ;)
According to the Tazo website, it appears that we are both right and both wrong. LOL
Passion: A tantalizing, incredibly bold infusion of exotic botanicals and tropical flowers. Like nothing else on earth.
Ingredients: Hibiscus flowers, natural flavors, citric acid, orange peel, licorice, cinnamon, rose hips, lemongrass and red poppy.
So, you were right about the name. It's Passion, not Passionfruit. However, their site indicates there's a kiss of mango and passion fruit in Passion tea.
