Apple Computer introduced Aperture today, a RAW photo post processing application designed for professional photographers. I am very excited to try this software since I use a Nikon D100 and always shoot in RAW mode. It looks like this software has a wonderful user interface as one would expect from Apple, plus the user paradigm seems well thought out. It appears the designers truly had the photography professional in mind when they designed the feature set. From the virtual tours, I expect this will be a great product for RAW shooters like myself. According to Apple's website, Aperture will be available in 6 to 8 weeks.
