Popovers for Toni

Toni requested some of my popovers this morning and I honored her request this evening. Toni and Erin love my popovers. Erin likes them sprinkled with confectioners sugar and Toni and I like them with butter and syrup. Sometmes I like them with butter and honey too.

yasmina - They are very good. I use a popover pan which has individual nonstick cups, but you can use ramekins also. I haven't tried the recipe with a standard muffin pan, but I understand the air circulating around each cup is important for proper rising.
