Shrimp Scampi for Dinner

Tonight, I made Shrimp Scampi served with bread and an Iceberg Lettuce Salad with homemade Blue Cheese dressing for Toni and me. Toni's favorite salad dressing is Blue Cheese, so I decided to make some fresh for her using imported French Roquefort Cheese. Everything came out nicely. Toni enjoyed the meal, which is not surprising since she loves almost everything I cook.
