Costco Disneyland Deluxe Annual Passports

Sunday, 2 Nov 2008 | Disneyland

Costco is now offering Disneyland Deluxe Annual Passports in their stores. The cost is $269, the same price you would pay at Disneyland, but they throw in a $50 Disneyland gift card.

The really cool part is the $50 gift card can be applied to upgrading to a Premium Annual Passport or adding parking to your Deluxe Passport. If you add parking, it's normally $50, so you effectively get parking for a year for free. Or you can upgrade to a Premium Passport which includes parking for an additional $70 making the net cost $339 instead of the normal $389.

Another tip is if you upgrade either way to include parking, take your parking slip to the ticket window and they will refund the price of parking for the day!

Hi there, would you know which costco store / web site offers the $50 discount on the Deluxe Annual Passports? The best I see is $30 discount from 1 website (http://tickets.disney.go.com/buy/TicketTrans). Any info on the Costco deal would be appreciated...

Char - I got mine at the Costco in Moreno Valley. Ask an employee to check if there any available at your local Costco. They don't always have them on display, but can have them in the cage where they keep valuable items.

Char - they're now available for purchase online - http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?Prodid=11327989&whse=BC&topnav=&browse=&lang=en-US

And FYI - an annual parking pass is $59 not $50.

Mike - The annual passport is good for one year from the date it is first used at Disneyland.

I recently bought the $69 ticket (2 parks for southern cal res) with the intention of upgrading to the pass. Any idea if I can buy the costco pass and upgrade to deluxe and parking?

Anen - It's my understanding you can apply any unused ticket to the purchase of a more expensive ticket. So, as long as you haven't used the 2 park hopper, they should allow you to apply its value along with the Costco passport to an upgraded annual passport with parking. If the value exceeds the ticket you're purchasing, they won't refund the difference though. To be certain, check with Disneyland ticketing to ensure it will work. Good luck! :)
