New York Steak

The New York Steak I made for Toni for dinner yesterday. I sauteed it in olive oil to sear it well and develop the fond. Then I finished it in the broiler until it was the proper doneness. I prepped it with olive oil, Fleur de Sel and fresh ground pepper.
