Pho Bo

Pho Bo from Saigon Noodle House in Temecula, California.

This was my first time trying Pho Bo. I found it very tasty after adding hoisin sauce and Sriracha. I had a cup of iced coffee with condensed milk afterwards as per my Vietnamese friend Tran's suggestion.
