Bugs and creepy crawlies usually give me the heebie jeebies, but this leaf bug is so cool looking, not ugly at all! Fantastic photo...our camp participated in a bug hunting workshop today, the kids would have loved this bug too.

Vangirl - Yes, he was a very cool looking insect. I didn't find him creepy at all. I probably would have freaked out if he hopped onto me though. LOL

chloe - I think they eat frest Eucalyptus (gum) leaves. This is just a guess though.
